Robert Richert, J.D. is currently working as an Attorney at Law.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Richert went on to receive his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.
Since 2009, Richert has devoted his career to the financial services industry—focusing his expertise on trusts and estates, business planning, and real estate transactions. He frequently speaks on wealth management topics to client groups and at events. Richert spent time at Securian Financial Group, Advantus Capital Management, and Bremer Bank.
Richert has been an attorney for Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, P.L.L.P., Chandler & Mason, Ltd., and Lapp, Libra, Thomson, Stoebner & Pusch, Chtd.
He and his wife, Jodi, reside in North Oaks, MN.

Dr. Harmening comes to UNW from the Minnesota State System Office where he served for nineteen years in a variety of roles. Most recently he was the System Director for Academic Programs and Collaboration where he guided strategic and academic planning and managed and supported marketing of 4,000 system academic programs at all levels including graduate, undergraduate, associate, diploma, and certificate. Prior to his work at Minnesota State, Dr. Harmening worked as a Program Manager at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) in Washington D.C. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from Minnesota State University Mankato, a Master of Public Policy from The American University, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Policy Development from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Harmening and his wife Beth live in Maplewood with their two children, Hannah and William. He is active in a number of areas at Five Oaks Church in Woodbury, including leadership of the men’s ministry and a small group.

Dr. Lisa Kepple is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher Education and serves as the K-12 Physical Education Coordinator. Prior to coming to Northwestern, Kepple taught in the Human Kinetics and Applied Health Science Department and Education Department at Bethel University where she was the Program Director for 5-12 Health Education and Community Health. She has also taught Health, Physical Education, and Developmental Adapted Physical Education in the South Washington County School District and coached swimming, basketball, and softball. Her interests include traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband Dave and three sons.
