Diane is a Northwestern University Supervisor for Music Education. She taught for 20 years in the Mounds View and Osseo School Districts as a Choir Teacher, Musical Director and Glee Club Director. Diane has been a church worship leader since high school and a Bible Study Fellowship Group Leader for 17 years. In her spare time, Diane has coordinated over 60 events for the Minneapolis Aquatennial and travels the state teaching an Image Clinic that trains young women for pageantry in skills of poise, etiquette, public speaking and interview.

Diane received the 7 Seals Award from the National Guard & Reserve, which is the highest honor given to a civilian for leadership and initiative in support of those who serve.

Dayton Dodge currently serves as the Assistant Director of Worship Arts and Spiritual Formation programs at the University of Northwestern St. Paul. He has 20+ years of worship leading experience most recently serving as the worship pastor at New Hope Church (EFCA). With an undergrad from UNW in music education and a master’s degree from Bethel Seminary, Dayton is passionate about leveraging his education and ministry experience to coach and mentor students. His mission is to raise up the next generation of worship leaders by providing opportunities to hone their musical and leadership talent into skill that will expand God’s Kingdom at UNW and beyond. Dayton and his wife have been married for 22 years and have three kids and one Dachshund.
