Nehil is a pastor, teacher and church planter with multi-cultural and bilingual background. He was born in Colombia, South America and has planted churches in his home town of Medellin while also working as an English teacher at the country’s internationally recognized language school, the Colombo Americano. He later moved to the States where he married his wife and they began a Latino focused bilingual ministry in the Northwestern suburbs of Minneapolis. Nehil has served as head pastor of a Spanish speaking church in West Saint Paul and is an ordained minister in Minnesota and Colombia. He organizes mission trips to Colombia, emphasizing in equipping leaders and churches. He also works with local organizations in recruiting, resourcing and training leaders for ministry and missions. Nehil has experience teaching Spanish Immersion classes as well as college and adult classes in Theology, Missions, Spanish and English for Language Learners. He holds a Minnesota Teaching License. He is passionate about understanding our present-day culture and equipping youth and leaders to impact their spheres of influence for God’s glory. He lives in New Hope, MN with his wife, three sons and daughter.
