Pricing
Minimums
A minimum purchase (plus tax and a service charge fee) is required for each of our banquet facilities. For more details on the required minimum please contact events@unwsp.edu.
Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve a banquet facility. The deposit is applied to your final bill. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made thirty days or more before the event date. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than thirty days before the event unless the room is rebooked for the same date and time.
Prices
All prices are subject to change. Prices will be guaranteed 30 days prior to the event.
Payment due date
Payment will be due 30 days after invoice is received.
Types of payment
Please pay by check, credit card or money order made payable to University of Northwestern.
Food
Our onsite custom restaurant company is known for its culinary expertise and strong commitment to local farmers and conservation practices. From a lavish banquet to a simple snack, Bon Appétit offers an array of delicious, healthful choices that focus on natural ingredients.
Alcohol
Smoking and drinking alcohol are not permitted anywhere on University of Northwestern campus.

Special accommodations for groups
Northwestern’s Catering Services prides itself on customer service. Because your satisfaction is our main goal, we strive to be flexible—working to reach each group’s catering ideals. Below you will find some of the special accommodations we have for groups on campus.
- Staggered meal times to efficiently serve large groups
- Discounts available for groups eating three meals a day on campus
- Box lunches
- Themed menus for special events
- Snack breaks and coffee & tea service
Guarantees
Guaranteed numbers must be finalized by the due date on the contract. We customarily prepare for 10% above your guarantee (10 maximum). In case of bad weather, we do not refund any money for guests who are unable to attend.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellation of signed contacts must be presented in writing.
