Rachel is from Zimmerman, MN and is pursuing a degree in Music ministry and Ministry worship and creative arts at the University of Northwestern. She is involved in a variety of music including piano lessons and UNW Orchestra.

Rachel began playing piano when she was 3 years old and took lessons with her mom for most of her life. She has participated in MMTA piano tests and the honors concert. Along with piano, Rachel started playing violin when she was 13 and began singing on the worship team at church when she was 15.

Music has always been a part of Rachel’s life, and she is excited for this opportunity to share her love of music with students through the Academy of Music. Music is such a special gift, and she hopes to inspire her students in their own musical abilities as she teaches!
