Libby Johnson holds a B.S. in kinesiology from the University of MN with an emphasis in dance. As a choreographer her work has been performed at the MN Fringe Festival, Project Dance NYC, YWAM School of Dance, and Art House North. She has choreographed for several high school musicals throughout Minnesota receiving a Spotlight Award for some of her work. Libby is founder and host of the podcast Art & Faith Conversations and also formed Vivid Artistry Co., an arts collective creating spiritually formative resources through embodied artistic expressions via retreats, workshops, devotional readings, film and live performances. As a multidisciplinary artist, her writing has been published by Square Halo Publishing, she has written and recorded two albums, and she also volunteers as a worship leader for her church. In 2021, she completed the Brehm Center artist residency at Fuller Seminary to further her studies on the integration of art and faith. Libby currently serves as a board member for professional dance company Ballet 5:8 and is also on staff at Celebrate Dance Academy as an instructor and co-director of upper-level education and performance programs.
