CONTACT INFORMATION

Laurie has worked as a Registered Nurse for 20 years and as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiovascular critical care for another 20 years. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the essential role that Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) play in ensuring patient safety, supporting efficient, and compassionate care. The vital signs and assessments gathered by CNA’s have often contributed to the care planning and medical management of her patients. Now retired from practice as a Nurse Practitioner, she looks forward to contributing to the mentoring of the next generation of healthcare professionals. Laurie is excited to be part of this journey and can’t wait to see where it leads each student.

Hebrew 4:15-16 “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who was tempted in every way that we are, yet was without sin.  Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
