Heidi has multiple roles on campus. She works full-time as the Senior Director of Dual Enrollment. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Teacher Education, the Department of Behavioral Sciences, and online for the Dual Enrollment and Adult Undergraduate programs. She is on the Board of Directors with Christian Educators Association International, and has been involved with CEAI and the Daniel Movement in Europe, facilitating workshops to equip and empower teachers to serve as ambassadors of Christ in their classrooms. Before working at Northwestern, Heidi spent many years teaching middle school. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with their five young adult children, walking her German Shepherd, and co-leading a church small group.
