His background across multiple industries and his experience working at every level of an operation ultimately became his playground and practice field for unconventional methods of doing the work that matters most to him.
His book, Take Time to be Brief, is his manifesto on effective communication, helping to bridge the gap between the core ideas that shape an organization’s vision and the effective methods for communicating those ideas to the right people and in the right ways. Effective communication, after all, isn’t about saying what needs to be said but rather saying what needs to be heard. His work through his writing and his consulting seeks to accomplish that for individuals and businesses alike.
AJ has an undergraduate degree in Theology, a Masters in Organizational Leadership, has attended trade school, and has gone through missions training at University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii, among other pursuits.
