The Robertson Student Center is located between Hartill and Knutson Residences and is open 24 hours a day for all students to enjoy. Although guests are welcome, the student center is primarily for student use.

FIRST FLOOR

Eagle’s Nest

The Eagle’s Nest is a social center for recreation, meals, snacks, television viewing, and conversation.

FitNest

The “FitNest” is a 24-hour fitness facility located on the first floor of the Robertson Student Center (by the Eagle’s Nest). It is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment including bikes, elliptical/cross trainers, treadmills, arm rowers, and a universal machine as well as a stretching area and an exercise ball area for core body workouts and flexibility. A security camera is in place for safety and security, and men’s and women’s locker rooms are available.

SECOND (MAIN) FLOOR

Robertson Student Center Desk

The Robertson Student Center desk is located inside the main entrance and is staffed 24 hours per day during the academic year. The receptionist receives incoming phone calls and welcomes entering guests. The desk also monitors visitor and guest check-in.

Student Center Main Lounge

The student center main lounge is a gathering area for students to relax, socialize, and study. The lounge also serves as an area for off-campus guests and family members to visit with resident students. The behavior and dress of students should not be as casual as that in the residence rooms and hallways.

Prayer Rooms

Located next to the maintenance office, the prayer room is available for individual or small group prayer.

THIRD FLOOR

Recreation Area

Billiards and table games

The game area is available 24 hours per day.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms (SC390, SC391, SC392) are available for scheduled meetings. Only official student organizations and clubs may make reservations.

The ARK/Prayer Chapel

A specific quiet location has been set aside for students to have a place for individual or group Bible study, prayer, or devotions.

From the north:
Follow I-35E South to Hwy. 36 West. Exit onto Snelling Ave North to the third stop light, Lydia Ave, and turn left.

From the south:
Follow I-35W North to Hwy 36 East. Exit onto Snelling Ave North to the third stop light, Lydia Ave, and turn left.

From the east:
Follow Hwy 36 West to Snelling Ave North. At the third stop light, Lydia Ave, turn left.

From the west/northwest:
Follow I-494/I-694 East to Snelling Ave and exit South. At the first stop light, Lydia Ave, turn right.

From the airport by car:
Follow I-494 west to I-35W north to Hwy 36 east. Exit on Snelling Ave north. Turn left at the third stoplight, Lydia Ave.

Parking

Visitors may park in the Student Center Reserved Spaces and must register their vehicle at the front desk.

Accessibility

This location is accessible to wheelchairs, and has a handicap door button at the main doors.
