Additional Information: I began working at ACR right out of college and figured I would be here maybe a year… 30+ years later, I’m still here and loving it. I started out working direct care in an ACR home, there I became an assistant supervisor for 2 1/2 years. After that I became a Program Director overseeing several ACR homes. After a few years I was then offered a position in the recruiting department where I’ve been ever since.
