Laura Hagen , M.Ed.

Laura has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Middle School licensure in both Life Science and Language Arts. She taught Middle School Science and Language Arts for 15 years in the Minnesota Public school system. She has been teaching for the last 20 years in a variety of settings, ranging from home-school co-ops, and private school, to Sunday School classes and learning groups around her kitchen table. She also home-schooled her two children until they began PSEO classes.

Laura is passionate about Middle School education and has a special affection for Middle school age students. She enjoys the opportunity to help guide students in a quest for truth and loves to spur on their curiosity. Most importantly, she views her teaching opportunities as a call to Biblical Discipleship in response to God’s Great Commission.

Laura’s happiest moments are spent with her family and basking in the beauty of God’s Creation.
