Dr. Endle is a tenacious innovator, problem-solver, and ever-curious learner. He worked as a product and process development engineer at a multinational company for 21 years. His work led to 26 patents across 7 industries including: Security Laminates, Hearing Protection, Nonwovens, Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Adhesive Films, and Pavement Markings. In his development work, he also used high speed imaging (including digital image correlation and Schlieren) to observe and improve processes. He has worked at a small company for 5 years creating novel unit operations in manufacturing, developing coatings, and successfully leading an effort to certify for ISO 9001. Dr. Endle has also enabled their family business to grow through innovative equipment design, fabrication, and process logistics.

Dr Endle has also been blessed to lead and co-lead small groups and to participate in evangelism at his Church.  In his spare time, he enjoys photography and frame making.
