Jenita is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Minnesota. She has a bachelor’s degree in Bible and Humanities. She earned a Master’s in School Counseling from Western Carolina University. Jenita is on the board for the Minnesota Association of Christian Counselors.
She is the author of the book “The Healing Names of Jesus: Find Freedom from Anxiety and Depression,” has been on numerous podcasts and radio shows, as well as has worked with Five Stone Media in educating the church on how to serve those who need support. Jenita is a contributing author to the Passion Translation blog, has published devotionals on YouVersion, and is a speaker at various conferences and events across the country.
She specializes in counseling teens as well as working with people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and spiritual injuries.
In her free time, Jenita loves to travel and horseback ride.
