Dr. Fisher is an entrepreneurial thinker, business co-founder, and non-profit founder. He grew up on a farm and began his professional career at a small company in the additive manufacturing and automation industry. He earned B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Physics at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse and a Ph.D. at the Pennsylvania State University. He is recognized as the only doctoral student to have successfully proposed and been awarded federal agency funding for pioneering technology development – not once, but twice. As a post-graduate and then as a staff scientist, Greg applied his inventive and “outside the box” approach at a United States national laboratory, contributing to the manufacturing and science-based stewardship of America’s nuclear weapons arsenal. Returning to private industry with a manufacturing company that was recovering from bankruptcy, he accepted a challenging position as a product manager wherein he executed a discovery-driven plan and led by influence for strategic alignment. He built and subsequently managed a successful product portfolio including AI software tools. Greg led the company in new market development and customer success through global teams across more than 30 countries. His work has produced numerous patents, trade secrets, and processes shaping business development.
Greg and his wife have more than 25 years together of practical bi-vocational pastoral ministry, church leadership, and in the teaching and coaching of leaders and entrepreneurs.
