Dr. Debbie Chinn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher Education and serves as the ESL Coordinator. She has taught high school English and ESL in England, Hungary, China, and Malaysia, working in language-school, K–12, and university settings. After completing her EdD in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University, Dr. Chinn served as an adjunct instructor at Colorado Christian University and Crown College. Most recently, she enjoyed serving as an instructional specialist at New Life Academy in Woodbury, Minnesota. Dr. Chinn has five children and six grandchildren, and she loves running and spending time outdoors.
