Caitlin is an adjunct professor for courses in leadership and student success strategies. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys working outside in her gardens and going on all kinds of adventures with her husband, two boys, and pup.

Advice for Students: Trust the process. Finishing an academic degree is an adventure and does not happen in a vacuum outside of your “normal life.” In the busyness of life it is tempting to just check the academic boxes, but I encourage you to trust that God is using this time to shape all of who you are. Allow all the ups and downs of life to inform your education and let your education shape your life.
