Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) will help you achieve greater levels of responsibility within your chosen profession. Through this faith-based MBA program, you will be equipped to successfully address the sophisticated challenges of today’s global business environment through case analysis and practical application exercises.
The University of Northwestern MBA offers a dynamic and intentional integration of ethics with sound business practices. You will gain a Christian perspective of cross-cultural leadership in the global business community and be prepared as a business leader ready to serve where God calls.
Course of study
The MBA is granted upon completion of 42 credits. You can earn your degree in approximately 22–26 months. Students entering the program must have a bachelor’s degree.
The MBA is offered in a blended learning format that combines on-site classroom learning and online coursework.

Dr. Dale Hutchcraft
Dale Hutchcraft, Ph.D., has served as a program developer for the MBA. He has spent extensive time interacting with key business leaders to develop a curriculum that fills a needed niche in the Twin Cities, one that allows students to develop keen business acumen and grow deeply in their understanding of how faith and business intersect.
