Master of Arts in Theological Studies
As both an academic and professional degree, the Master of Arts in Theological Studies (MATS) provides biblical and theological training to equip you for effective ministry in the church, workplace, parachurch organizations or academic settings.

With a concentration on theology, the MATS degree offers the study of systematic theology, apologetics and ethics, and provides an excellent foundation for further theological studies toward a Master of Divinity or at the doctorate level.
Course of study
The Master of Arts in Theological Studies is granted upon completion of 36 credits. You can earn your degree in approximately 18–22 months.
