Fredrick M. Iglesia

"Dr. Fred," as Northwestern students refer to him, is passionate about guiding students into a deeper relationship with God. His pastoral heart and ministry experience show up in each class he teaches.

As director of the University of Northwestern Bible Institute (NBI), Dr. Fred spends most of his time planning and teaching NBI courses in English and Spanish, networking with church leaders in the Twin Cities, and expanding the programs of the NBI. 

He was recognized by the national association of Pentecostals for his service to the Latino community as the director of the University of Northwestern Bible Institute. They presented him with a plaque at a special awards ceremony on Sept. 18, 2011, at Pacto de Victoria church in St. Paul, the site for NBI’s Spanish courses.
