2014 Tournament Schedule

11:00 a.m. Event check-in
11:15 a.m. Complimentary driving range
11:30 a.m. Buffet lunch available upon arrival (served until 12:30 p.m.)
1:00 p.m. Shotgun start
6:00 p.m. Dinner and program

Format
Golfers compete in a three-tier scramble format, playing the best shot of the foursome on every stroke. A post-flight scoring system will determine the final standing.

Registration Table
Starting at 11 a.m. or upon arrival, please check in outside the pro shop to receive your gift bag and purchase mulligans.

Mulligans
Mulligans are available for $10 each and are for use by the purchaser only, for any shot on the course. Each player is limited to the purchase and use of one mulligan. A prize drawing of mulligan entrants will be held at the dinner. Must be present to win.

Tournament Preparation
Please locate your team member(s) and be at your golf cart at 12:45 p.m. for final instructions and dismissal onto the course. Begin play at your tee box at 1 p.m.

Dinner and Program
We are expecting a great turnout for the dinner/program following your round. Please return your golf carts, sign your scorecard and return it to the Midland Hills Pro Shop. We will distribute awards during dinner.

Individual Hole Contests

To have some fun within the competitive play, there will be five designated holes for six contests: longest drive, hole in one, nearest to the pin and longest putts. Prizes will be awarded at the dinner. Must be present to win.

Hole # 4 – Nearest to the Pin – Anyone 
Sign your name on the marker for the closest shot on the green (not first cut or collar) if you beat the previous entry.

Hole # 9 – Longest Putt – Anyone 
Sign your name on the marker if your putt from the green is further than the previous spot. This does not include putts or chips from the first cut or collar.

Hole # 10 – Longest Drive – Men
Sign your name on the marker for the longest drive on the fairway if you beat the previous entry.

Hole # 10 – Longest Drive – Women
Sign your name on the marker for the longest drive on the fairway if you beat the previous entry.

Hole # 16 – Hole in One
 
A hole in one on the 191-yard par 3 wins a new car!

Hole # 16 – Nearest to the Pin – Anyone
Sign your name on the marker for the closest shot on the green (not first cut or collar) if you beat the previous entry.

Hole # 18 – Longest Putt – Anyone
Please sign your name on the marker if your putt from the green is further than the previous spot. This does not include putts or chips from the collar.

Putting Contest

This event will take place on the practice putting green when you come off the 18th hole. Each player will get three putts for $8. Golfers will compete for prizes based on their putting accuracy, and winners will be awarded prizes at the dinner. Must be present to win. Proceeds will go to the scholarship fund.
