The knowledge you gain in class goes far beyond passing a test or writing a paper. You can take your learning to work! Kevin's Northwestern degree program has made a great difference for him:
“For my management class, I had to interview my manager at work. I wrote up a list of questions for my interview and gave it to him ahead of time. When I went in to interview him, he was impressed with that process and said ‘What a great way to have a conversation with someone!’
"My company decided to use this process for our annual reviews. Bringing my new knowledge to work, I was offered a position as manager, however, I didn’t have my degree. Upper management was confident that I would graduate and they decided to bring me on right now so that I would be a full-time employee, ready for promotion when I have my degree.”
